Four printed brochures. Two of them, published in 1905 and 1917, contain the rules of the company. A third, printed in 1924 by the NSW Government Printer describes the model rules of a rural cooperative society and is labelled 'DRAFT'. The fourth brochure announces a new share issue by the Dorrigo Company in 1952.

A large body of material dealing with the internal organization of a Co-operative dairy company. Company decisions, general business, correspondences etc. are recorded in the general minute books, 1905-1919, and the incomplete collection of director's minutes, 1905-1947. Amongst the records are two sets of rules, one published in 1927 and the other in 1954. The accounts are dealt with in journals and ledgers, 1904-1916. Further financial records include a mortgages book, 1907-1934, lists of insurance policies and investments, and a butter suppliers' payment book, 1907-1911. Half-yearly reports and balance sheets cover the period 1907-1957. This accession also contains the minutes of meetings of the Maida Vale Co-Operative Factory Ltd., Ebor, 1923-1947, and selected issues of the Don Dorrigo Gazette, 1952-1959.
