Description:

Miscellaneous letters addressed to Abraham Nivison, 'Ohio', Walcha. The signature on the earliest (19 January 1858) is not easily decipherable (but might be Jane Viner). The second (dated 25 January 1858) is from Andrew Spencer. There is also an Agreement between Nivison and Alfred M. Girard re droving of Nivison's cattle and sheep to Melbourne, dated 2 March 1858; and a letter from Girard to Nivison, dated Tamworth, Sunday 11(?) March 1858, describing his difficulties at the outset of that journey.
