Description:

A miscellaneous collection of articles (typescript), and verses by Mrs. Freda Sabine of Grafton, about pioneering families, early times and sites of interest in the Grafton area. They are not dated, but one of them appeared in the Daily Examiner, 5 March 1964; copies of letters (mainly business), by Edward David Stewart Ogilvie of 'Yulgilbar' Station, 1852-1867 (from his Letterbook, in the possession of Mrs. Sabine when these records were received). A lengthy typescript article with family trees and pictures, on the Ogilvie and Tindale families who settled on the Clarence River, and the Bundocks of the Upper Richmond River, by John Stevens and Mrs. Freda Sabine forms part of this collection.
