Kelly, Lawrence Borthwick (1928 - )

Lawrence Borthwick Kelly was born in 1928 and educated at Thirroul and Wollongong. He was elected to the NSW Legislative Assembly in 1968 for the electorate of Corrimal. Mr Kelly is a member of the Australian Labor party and was appointed Speaker of the House in 1976.
