Dreadnought Fund (1909 - 1918)

The Dreadnought Fund was established in 1909 to provide a ‘Dreadnought’ battleship as a gift from Australia to Britain. The fund was later diverted to support an immigration scheme for boys between the ages of fifteen and twenty years.
