Description:

The records of 'Goldsworth', a pastoral station owned by Vickers. Two volumes of letterbooks written by station managers, one of them including a few casually drawn sketches and a detailed inventory of the furniture, cutlery etc in the manager's house; three diaries dealing with day-to-day management, 1897(?), 1900, 1903; Ledgers, 1904-1915 and 1937-1949, one of them containing children's drawings; two series of cashbooks, 1901-1912, 1929-1949; a Day Book; stock books, 1910-19l4. Other account books which deal with various aspects of station life (1906-1913 and 1943) on 'Goldsworth' as well as 'Torryburn' and 'Standbye', also owned by Vickers, 1905-1919.
