There are only two items in this accession: (i) Wage sheets, 1 July 1941 - 31 March 1942. They list names of employees, amount of wages paid and tax deducted. Staff are grouped on the wage sheets by location and function: beef slaughter house, gut house , drovers, hides and sheepskins, tallow house, engine room staff, etc. (ii) Tender (with specifications) for air-conditioning equipment for Messrs. Tancred Bros. Ltd., Bourke (1938). The tender is submitted by Richard Wildridge & Co. Ltd., Refrigerating Engineers, Sydney. The required equipment comprised a hot beef chiller and a mutton chiller.
