The Baking Trades Employees Federation of Australia was a federally registered trade union.


Details
Formed and registered in 1914, the Baking Trade Employees’ Federation of Australasia lasted just four years before it was deregistered in 1918. Although deregistered, many of its members went on to form another Baking Trade Employees’ Federation of Australasia later that year. By 1950 the Union had changed name slightly to become the Baking Trade Employees’ Federation of Australia which was itself deregistered in 1981. Members of this union were accepted into the Bakery Employees' & Salesmen's Federation of Australia.
