Armidale Pastoral Agricultural and Horticultural Association (1865 - )

Location: Armidale, New South Wales, Australia

The Pastoral and Agricultural Society of New England formed on 13 March 1865, was the first Show organisation on the Northern Tablelands. In 1875, the organisation was merged into the Armidale and New England Pastoral, Agricultural and Horticultural Association, holding their first fair in February 1876. The Association is still very active in Armidale and continued to produce an Armidale Show every year.
