Australian Air League (c. 1934 - )

Archival Resources

The Australian Air League is the oldest aviation-based youth organization in Australia. It was formed in 1934, sparked by the interest in aviation shown by Keith Robey, son of George Robey, a distinguished ANZAC. The first training squadron opened in Manly, NSW in 1935.
