Australian Labor Party (1958 - 1975)

The main functions of a branch of the Australian Labor Party are to select candidates who will stand for political office as representatives of the Labor Party; and to elect delegates to other bodies which consider decisions on Party policy and administration that the branches within their area have made. The Reidtown Branch is affiliated with the Cunningham Federal Electorate Council and the Corrimal State Electorate Council.
