Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes

The Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes was a fraternal organisation which extended friendly society benefits to its members. Lodge Mount Pleasant members were generally engaged in coalmining. Other lodges in the Order were located at Thirroul, Woonona, Wollongong, Dapto and Port Kembla.
