Most conveyances relate to properties in the Sydney, Wollongong, Hunter and Kempsey districts of New South Wales; others to parts of Queensland. One agreement concerns the lease of the Currawong mine. These papers were passed to Dangar, Gedye & Co. Ltd. On 8 June 1904, with a covering letter saying that they were 'found in clearing out one of our safes today' and adding that they 'may be of value'.
