Records of the Banana Growers' Federation Cooperative Ltd. (until 1932 the Tweed Fruitgrowers' Co. Ltd.) of Murwillumbah on the far north coast of New South Wales. The accession includes: minute books (5 vols) 1918-1946; annual reports and balance sheets 1934-1944, 1948-1949, 1951-1954 and 1956-1963. There is also a booklet entitled 'The Triumph of Science' published by the Tweed Banana Growers' Association in April 1930 which describes the rehabilitation of the banana industry on the Tweed River after the disastrous setback caused by bunchy top disease in the period 1922-1928.
