William Low Jnr., J.P. (watchmaker and tobacconist) was born about 1863. The son of an Armidale blacksmith, he married Harriet A. Rees in 1887 and after her death (about 1907) married Emily Annah Wilkinson. He served on the Uralla Municipal Council, eventually being elected Mayor. |
