Baldwin, Otto (c. 1809 - )

Born: c. 1809  Wilberforce, New South Wales, Australia

Son of convict Henry Baldwin, who arrived in Sydney in 1791, and Elizabeth Rayner who arrived free in 1801, Otto was among the first to take stock across the Liverpool Range in 1826, where he became a squatter. He was dispossessed when Warrah was granted to the Australian Agricultural Company in 1833. He then squatted near Manilla. His run, Diniwarindi, covered 30,720 acres in 1848. In 1885 the station's name was changed to Durham Court. He also established Boggabilla station on the Macintyre River with George Yeomans.

In 1858 Otto moved to West Maitland and left his nephew, Charles, to manage the property.
