Born: 10/05/1874. Died: 15/06/1954 Armidale, New South Wales, Australia.

Grandson of Matthew Henry Marsh, Croft first managed Boorolong, moving over to Salisbury upon Blomfield's death in 1913.

Married Lucy nee Taylor of Terrible Vale on 18/04/1900.
