Hughes Federal Electorate Council

The New South Wales federal electorate of Hughes was created in 1955 by a redistribution of the boundaries of the existing electorates of Werriwa and Cunningham. The electorate council is comprised of delegates from ALP branches within the electorate. Its function is to select and support ALP candidates to contest federal elections in the Hughes electorate.
