Holden, Willis Sprague

Professor of Journalism at Wayne State University in Michigan (USA), W. Sprague Holden visited Australia during 1956-1957 as a Fulbright Scholar. As a result of his visit, he published Australia Goes to Press in 1961. Holden unsuccessfully advocated the adoption in America of an arbitration system based on that used in Australia.
